The opportunity

We're looking for a keen, sharp, and entrepreneurial Operations & Strategy Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience eager to learn and grow in a high-impact environment.

You'll work directly with Thyra (Founder) and receive mentorship from Mike (former CPG founder and Bain consultant). You'll touch every part of the business - from operations and logistics to marketing and strategy, helping Myla scale its impact and reach.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations across production, fulfillment, and e-commerce
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and chocolate makers
• Contribute to marketing, content planning, and brand growth initiatives
• Analyze key performance metrics and propose process improvements
• Take ownership of strategic projects that help scale Myla's global footprint
• Be ready to dive into anything—no two weeks will look the same

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in an operations, strategy, or business role, preferably within CPG
• Strong problem-solver with excellent organization and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and for long hours during key moments (e.g. launch weeks, production surges)
• Comfortable being on-call for urgent issues and taking initiative in dynamic environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive learner, and naturally resourceful
• Passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing, and meaningful brands
